14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To withdraw, let us know within those 14 days by email at conceptiv.team@gmail.com or using the withdrawal option in your order confirmation. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.
After telling us, send the item back within 14 days to our return address in the Netherlands:

Your refund
We refund the full amount you paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait to refund until we have received the item back or you have sent proof that you have returned it, whichever comes first. We refund using the same payment method you used.
You may handle the product only as much as is needed to check what it is and how it works. If the item shows wear beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Damaged or faulty items
Every product comes with the 2-year legal guarantee. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with your order number and a photo and we will repair, replace or refund it. In that case we pay the return costs.
