Where we ship

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Where your order ships from

Your order is dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China and sent with tracking all the way to your door.

Delivery times

• Processing: 1–3 business days
• Delivery: usually 6–12 business days after dispatch

You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. If a parcel is delayed, we will let you know.

Christmas

Order by 25 November for delivery before Christmas.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for your country are shown at checkout before you pay. All prices include VAT.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at conceptiv.team@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or refund you.
